As a Carp angler, it can be very frustrating using a bait boat with wildlife on the water; seeing the boat as a free moving buffet and causing you to rush to deploy your bait and rigs.
By using a bait boat hopper lid system, it will stop the wildlife getting access to the bait during use on the water. It also removes the risk of wildlife taking your hook bait and the possibility of foul hooking unwanted wildlife, while your line could be running though you boat. (if loading your rigs into the hopper from underneath or through the top load system)

The current lids that are available on the market have issues with them dropping into or though the boat hoppers while out in the water, been blown off by the wind during use and getting in the way when loading the hoppers.

This system mounts under the central boat handle and each section are magnetically held together, and ensures it cannot be lost during use. Its built-in stainless steel hinge pins enables the lids to be lifted easily while been installed.

All screws used to assemble the hopper covers are made from A2 stainless steel with a black durable non reflective coating

The hopper lid system also helps shield your bait from rain, so the use of PVA based bait products can benefit from this system.
